Message from Debbie (organiser of the Waterlooville Car Show
We are now underway with the organisation of this event this year. Due to the changes on the precinct and the added street furniture, we have to be very careful with the amount of vehicles coming onto the precinct. We have decided to keep the Solent Renegades on the area of the precinct by The Heros pub and McDonalds and we can issue you with 20 passes for your club.
I have asked about access via the new car park where the curzon rooms was, this will avoid the Heros pub speed humps. Debbie will look into this for us.

Access will be via the Heros car park as before. It is happening this year, and apparently dry weather has been ordered. Passes should be on the way, i will check on that. :)

cool count me in

I have 20 passed for the show :) and will post further info later, with regards to being careful in a pedestrian area etc... We need to be parked by 9.45am.

any news on passes

Dan has 20^^^^

My first year of going so fingers crossed it's dry. Was it raining last year then?

Sun has been ordered for the day Malc, so hopefully wont be as wet this year.

We need to be parked up between 9:15 and 9:45, so I suggest we get to the Heros car park by 9:30am as it will probably take a few mins to get our convoy of American vehicles parked, so to leave the hill at 9:10am. I will give out passes while we are up the hill. Anyone joining in on the convoy on the way I can give them to you in the Heroes car park. I'm driving pass Waterlooville precinct to get the the hill, looking forward to being in a convoy of cars.

Letter from the event management.
