As names go, Superfast" is an apt one. For the new Ferrari 812 - the replacement for the F12 - becomes the most powerful V12 Ferrari ever built, thanks to headline power outputs of 789bhp and a whopping 530lb ft of torque. This, naturally, is delivered without the assistance of turbos or superchargers, making this naturally-aspirated V12 something to savour. Yes, the Ferrari 812 Superfast (recalling the Superfast name used on the Ferrari 500 from the mid 1960s) will sound amazing, at least if the regular" F12 and F12tdf which it eclipses are anything to go by.We know the 812 Superfast will do 0-62mph in 2.9s and crack just over 211mph, though we haven"t yet been given a Fiorano lap time. Bear in mind that both the F12 and F12tdf are, as the following slides reveal, pretty handy around Ferrari"s tight handling circuit, so the new 812 should hover somewhere near the business end of this list. And it"s quite a list. To see what it"s got to beat, we"ve rounded up the fastest Ferraris to lap Fiorano, taking in lots of rather special stuff including such hits as the Enzo, F430 and even the Testarossa
