World class automotive specialists Silverstone Auctions has unveiled its list of lots for the annual September Sale with legendary Fords taking the centre stage. But which would you choose?How about this one a 2006 Ford GT, which is one of just 27 UK-delivered examples, with less than 6,000 miles on the clock. With a hand built, 5.4-litre supercharged V8 engine and 550bhp, a top speed of 205mph is easy, as is a 0-60mph speed of just 3.5 seconds.This one is the epitome of Ford GT cool white with blue stripes and gets an estimate of over a quarter of a million pounds. The Ford GT has never been not-cool, and this 12-year-old example promises to appreciate in value for a long time coming.
