Will Harley Riders Dig An Electric Bike?

Okay its not really car related, but has some similarities.
Electric vehicles are coming in all shapes and forms. If you brought a Harley Davidson, you would be after the sound of the thumping V-Twin engines. Well Harley have made a proto-type to feel the market.

If you were to buy a muscle car you couldn't hear and the car doesn't shake when you rev then engine, it kinda looses the effect.

I saw this a week or so ago on Facebook and was mortified. Any vehicle that sounds like George Jetson's space shuttle is just wrong in my book. I know things have to change, I just wish they'd invest more time and money into an alternative fuel that will work in an internal combustion engine. I'd rather strip an engine and change all the seals so that they're compatible with an ethanol based fuel than drive anything electric. Not to mention the fact that there are many many people that live in city's that can't charge vehicles at their houses. It's a very flawed bandwagon to jump on.
