Zero-tolerance speed limits could put drivers in greater danger - BT
Well i got a caution from pc plod a few months back for doing 31mph so they are starting all ready , ok new car's using electronics to monitor speed and are more accurate but the older car's use mechanical gear drive's and a moving needle these wear over time and what if the speedo needle bunces about and one persons view of needle over white marking with in speedo could be differant to another persons interupation of said speed
