Last week, we drove the new Porsche 911 Turbo S. Among its many impressive characteristics are an astonishing 0-60 time, which would give even the most tech-rich hypercar something to think about in a short dash for the lights.More on that in a bit. It got us wondering: what are the fastest production cars in a race to 60mph (or 62mph, if you"re being pedantic) on sale today?Definitive numbers are notoriously hard to come by, with official stats often proving wide of the mark in either direction. And sometimes both directions. So after a bit of digging, we came up with the following non-conclusive, in-no-way-one-hundred-per-cent-accurate list of vehicles, which can all hit the magic number in under three seconds flat.
