Beaulieu Custom & Hot Rod Show 2017

Myself and Malc had a meeting at Beaulieu on 13th Jan 2017 for a catch up and to discuss this years Hot rod and custom Show 2017. Last year all went very well, they had between 5000 and 6000 people through the gate.
The renegades will be parking in the same areas as last year on the tarmac, we also have the grass triangle that we had last year. Ideal for getting up the gazebo's. The stage will be moving onto the tarmac area this year on the opposite side to where the renegades park. Vintage village is also coming back this year. VW show will be on the Saturday instead of the Classic car show.

Beaulieu will be advertising by attending the NSRA shows, Wheels Day, Southern swap meet. Its on the Rod'n'Sods website. They are putting in an advert in Street Gasser and Custom Car.

Feel free to advertise it yourself, posting a link on forums, or facebook. Lets see if we can make it even bigger than last year.

So the date for this year is June 18th 2017, which is Fathers Day.

normally about 10quid each if you pre book and show your car well has been last few years but it gives you a rough price guide till beuliue post up new price

Printed out camping forms today, will bring them along to club night for anyone wanting to camp.

Last year we had convoy of 30+ cars which left Rownhams Services at 8am to convoy down to Beaulieu. A great sight to see a long queue of American cars following.

We will keep the same time this year. So 8am to leave Rownhams.

Received my camping confirmation through the post today, so for those of you that are camping you should be getting yours soon if you haven't already.

Last year took the first junction off the motorway after the Rownhams services, (M271) right at the big roundabout, then follow signs to Beaulieu.
