This week"s Dyno Blast video features a 4th generation Chevrolet Camaro powered by a 454 cubic inch LSX V8. Those are the extent of the details and the video only has about 20 seconds of good footage, but this clip defines a dyno blast.The video begins with about a minute and twenty seconds of the LSX Camaro idling on the dyno and easing through the gears. During that portion, we really don"t see any action, but we get to hear that even under light throttle, this 454 cubic inch mill sounds pretty wicked.However, when the driver hammers the throttle around the 1:22 mark, letting the LSX scream and causing the Camaro to lurch against the rollers, the sound is just incredible.The pull is quick, but before the video ends, the cameraman moves over to the dyno readout screen to reveal numbers of 722 horsepower and 539lb-ft of torque at the wheels.Crank up your speakers and enjoy!
