Saw this flyer for the haslemere classic car show on Sun 25th May

it says open to all pre 74 cars and its on Lion Green in haslemere may be some american and interesting cars there, all sorts of stuff going on all day . contact number for info 07802 347727

Thanks for posting, always good to hear of other events in the area. I've been away for a few days so only just read the post. Let me know how it goes. If its an annual event I could pencil it in for next year.

So the weather held out all day and we got there for 11am as spectators . The show area is more than ample and there is even an over flow show area too ! organised really well with easy access. Good food which is always a bonus.

There was everything car related from an austin A35 to willys gasser ! some lovely examples and prizes for each class. even Elvis turned up in a VW split screen pick up. This show is not about rods or american but a wide range of classics which proved to be a great day out and not that far from the coast. My top tip is if you want to show your car get there for 10 am as you will get space to sit behind otherwise it is a bit hemmed in but not surprising considering the amount of cars arriving all day.

Looks like a good one, it clashed with another this year, else I would have gone. Will certainly keep a look out for this next year.

That's if they let me in. I may be too modern. I went there for a BBQ years ago. My car got stuck on the speed humps, the rear wheels were spinning and people were giving me a push to try and get over it, I did eventually get over it. If that hump is still there I think i would be causing a blockage for other show cars unless people are on hand to push. lol, although it scraped the bottom of the car pretty bad, so that hump would be a deciding point on if i get in or not.

Then we would definitely not get in with the low twin exhaust box underneath. Can't even get in my own driveway argh!!!
