Agreed Sarah - he should face the consequences, but why should the public suffer. Top gear as a whole wasn't at fault and neither were the licence paying public.
If Clarkson punched someone it should be a civil matter or involve the Police for ABH or assault.
The people that will suffer here are the Top Gear fans.

Apparently Chris Evans is top of the list to take over Top Gear 'if' Clarkson is sacked.

Well, I would definately not watch it then. I can't stand Evans and stopped listening to radio2 as a direct result!

Will it be free on Amazon prime? I've not heard good things about Amazon prime, taking money out of people's accounts for services they have not provided. If its free I may watch it, however I wont be signing up to anything.
