Watch Hennessey"s HPE800 Camaro Z/28 in Action! We already know the Camaro Z/28 is a pretty badass car. Instead of worrying about creature comforts and the everyday drive, Chevrolet built the best-driving Camaro ever made, and something that can easily hit the racetrack right off the dealership showroom floor. But that doesn"t mean people don"t want more, and if you"re one of them then Hennessey Performance Engineering has the solution for you.Watch a Camaro Show Off and Shame a MustangBecause we"re all children at heart, and there is still a very healthy rivalry between Camaro and Mustang fans, we love showing you videos of these ridiculous beefs. Case in point, a 4th generation Camaro doing donuts around a New Edge Mustang, because why not.LS Powered Ultima Evolution is the Definition of Insanity"Muah ha ha ha, I"m going to leave you so scared that you wet your pants, call your mother, and cry like a little baby after the first time you put your foot down on the accelerator. Muah ha ha." This is essentially what"s going through the electronic brain of the new Ultima Evolution. Seriously, Google it, Google will back me up.Watch a Donut Quickly Become a Don"t-NutWhile donuts are not only delicious in edible form, they"re also fun to do in automotive form. This however, is a textbook example of what not to do. The 4th generation Camaro first of all is an idiot to be doing donuts in a crowded parking lot of people, but ridiculously stupid for doing donuts in the middle of parked cars. Words fail me.Does a V8 Belong in Everything?Well does it? We ask the question that burns in the minds of passionate auto junkies everywhere, can you slap a V8 into anything and make it better. Honestly, we"re not sure, but we sure find some of the weirdest swaps out there.LS2 Swapped Subaru BRZ with 500 HorsepowerI used to own an FR-S the sister to the BRZ. It was good, until I figured out that it didn"t have nearly enough horsepower to satisfy my needs for power and torque and speed. I got rid of it, but this video of LS2 swapped BRZ is making me regret my decision to get rid of the car. I should have done this.Hennessey Tuned Z/28 Calls Onstar Because of GsHave you ever accelerated so hard that the car thought you were in an accident? No, well John Hennessey of Hennessey Performance has. Out testing the newest tune for the Camaro Z/28, Hennessey was giving the car the beans when the car"s onboard G sensor went off and called Onstar because it thought John had crashed into something. Just proves Hennessey"s cars are truly ridiculous.Media Declares the New CTS-V a Hit!While I"m not convinced the CTS-V is a worthy successor to the previous generation after it went into limp mode multiple times while in my care, many of my fellow journalists believe it"s the second coming of Jesus. The new CTS-V features the same LT4 supercharged V8 out of the Corvette Z06, but detuned to only produce 640 horsepower.Remember the Dude Who Swapped an LS Engine Into His Ferrari?Ferrari"s with LS swaps? What"s not to love! Our dude Tony details the latest LS swapped Ferrari and a refresher on the original story we did a few years back. More noise, less cost, equally beautiful, that"s a winning recipe. Why Are The Chevy LT4 Engines Failing? The LT4 was supposed to be the perfect engine. It has more horsepower, less weight, and gave us the Z06 and the CTS-V mentioned above. Yet, over the last year as more and more people get their hands on those two cars, engines have been blowing up left and right. Even in the hands of some journalists. Chevy is still looking into the problem, but it"s more than likely to do with the supercharger being so tiny and Chevy over-clocking it.Chime in with your thoughts on the forum. >>Tags: posts, top ten, year end review
