Speeding fines going up

Fair enough, been to North Dakota but not South, and that was a few years ago.

We have been to South Dakota. Stayed at Keystone, just outside Mount Rushmore

I will be on the I-29 about 10 till 11pm(US time) on Sunday 19th Feb. Gonna be a long day.
Will be the highest speed limit road I have been on.
