The Southsea Show 2014.

Did you have to pay an entrance fee? I have heard so many bad stories all weekend about how expensive it was. ?10 per adult to get in then everything had to be paid for once in there. If you don't have to pay the entrance fee then probably worth going to.

Its free with a car if you are showing it. Not a bad show, well 30 classic vehicles. Keith from the Wheelers was asking who would want to go, gave me a couple of days to construct as list, luckily it was club night between them two days, but couldn't get any takers. Really I shouldn't have been included as its only 14 years old not 25. Hopefully I will get info earlier next year as the organisers will email me directly. One reason I couldn't get any takers as you have to be parked up by 8.30am, and you cannot leave to 6pm, although they let us go early at 5pm. The day went quite quick, so 5pm came around before you knew it.

It was expensive entry if you weren't in a show car. ?8 adult and ?5 child. There was actually a lot to see and do and I had a brilliant day. They gave us wristbands too so we could come and go as we pleased so you weren't confined to the grounds.

I wasn't keen on going because of what I'd heard, but apart from the entrance fee, I don't know what the hell people were moaning about?? I will definitely go again next year.
