Trolley - Tram

In one of my trips to the states we played games in the evening. A word/draw gane. A piece of paper came round the table with the word 'trolley' on it.I had to draw a trolley. Then the next person sees the picture and converts it to a work and gets passed onto the next person.
I soon learnt drawing a Trolley as a Shopping Cart really threw the game off the rails. They have never heard of a shopping trolley. I never heard of a street car/tram being called a trolley.
