It beat the Halicki movie. But then it was made after and had the total in its sights. The Blues Brothers record has been surpassed since too.

Interesting. I thought this was 80’s but the first cop car that flipped had true dual exhausts. I was expecting a Y pipe, huge catalytic converter and single pipe back like most American cars since the late 70’s.

Wonder if electric cars make good movie chassie cars lol??????
They would have to stop over couple of hundred miles to charge up for 13 hours. Unless they can find a 300A fast charger then only have to wait an hour.
Yes could be an interesting chase, cant see something like smokey and the Bandit with electric cars going between different states. Perhaps a short chase around a city.
