An update from the Surrey Street Rodders on Wheels Day

So we're getting closer to Wheelsday 2016 and the first 500 cars have been accepted!!! Emails went out last night and this morning.
Everyone who's applied should check their email account for an acceptance email. Check your trash incase its been intercepted by your email program as spam!
If you havent recieved an email or still havent applied theres still 500 spaces available to apply for!
Simply visit Wheels Day 2016 | Organised by Surrey Street Rodders and apply for your vehicle pass. It takes a few minutes.
Remember by suppporting us and the car show you help us to support the great causes over the year. You guys and girls make it possible for us to do the wonderful work we do and for that we thankyou!!!

Popham not on this year, not sure if that is the one you went to last year.

It will still look good without exhaust tips.
The race is on. Do you have the running race the same day as Clare?

Yes - we are both running the same events.
And having the exhaust tips for when the exhaust is done is actually a requirement. Without the turn downs the exhaust gases would be too high and dumping into the back bumper area. If I do the exhaust without the tips it would be too low to add the tips!! Catch 22.

Had email stating that the wheels day tickets are starting to be posted out as of Monday 14th so fingercrossed

Yep fingers crossed. Last year they must have arrived a week before the event. Not long now

Club stand wheels day passes arrived Tuesday 15th March, and those who entered were given out at club night that night.
However I had entered as an individual before the club stand tickets were available. This individual ticket arrived Wednesday morning. So I'm certainly in for Wheelsday, and I will be on the club stand with the flags, showing our presence as a club

Out tickets have arrived too. Unfortunately it doesn't look like the Fiero will make it (still waiting parts) and the Trans Am is 50/50. I'm pushing hard though!
