At Newbury show ground again. Wheels day is in its 50th year. Falling on Easter good Friday.

Meeting at Winnall services (near Winchester) to leave at 9am.
Cruise time around 40mins from there

High chance of rain for wheels day. However weather predictions of even the next day can be off, so this far ahead it could be totally different by then. Fingers crossed it's going to be warmer and drier.

Good cruise up, left Winal service at 9am. Ranchero may have had issues starting so I was at the back incase of any issues.
Well I do e a poor job of that as on the A34 ranchero shot in to a layby but was too late for me to maneuver like that with dogs on the back seat.
Hope you got it sorted Martin and managed to make it to Wheels Day.

Traffic was a nightmare getting close to the event. Took over an hour the queue to the A34/M4 roundabout to the event. Only 1 lane was marked A34 but so many people purposely using all 4 lanes to get over the roundabout. Traffic parked on the roundabout. Cars over heating and needing a push. Worse I have seen it.

Great show of cars, it was packed in there.

You got a traffic warning from the Welsh mustang lol. Yep ranchero made it. Not many SR there from what I could see no flying the SR flag the Welsh flag was flying better than last year court up with a few people picked up Chinese on way home.

i had condensation inside the distributor, its a problem that been plaguing me for a wile. quick wipe out with a bit of rag and everything is ok
dizzy was dry when i left home no problem on way to Winal. the condensation formed wile parked up at Winal and no problem on the way home even though it was raining all the way back.

the same will happen on Sunday, if i try to start the engine wile it is still warm. i have a plan for a cure, but not yet had the time.
i will post my idea and the result when it gets done
