Worthing Car Show 28th July 2013

The Worthing American, Rod & Custom car Show( was Worthing Sunny Sunday) is an Annual event hosted on Steyne Gardens in Worthing, for 2013 is on the this Sunday 28th July. American Cars, Hotrods, Dragsters, Harley Davidson bikes & more all on display gathered on the Steyne. For over 20 years this one day event event has grown in its displays and popularity. It is a key event of the Worthing Festival weekend. There are lots of exhibits and there are always owners on hand to answer questions. There will be some stalls and music scattered around Steyne gardens. Food available. This event used to be called Worthing Sunny Sunday.

Its a great day out, if you go be prepared to be there for the day, as once you are parks it isn't easy to get out again unless other cars are moved.

It is a first come first served basis, however The Renegades have managed to get some spaces allocated for us

Meetings place is Little Chef on A27 we need to leave there at 8am so aim to be there at 7:45ish.

Dont follow me, we had a cruise around a multi story car park in worthing once due to my car nav. lol

The organisers of the show are NOT doing pre-entry again for Worthing. Basically they scrapped the pre-entry system last year because too many people were hedging their bets, pre-booking just because it was free then deciding at a later date whether to actually turn up. In 2011 that meant they were saving space for over 30 vehicles which pre-booked but never turned up and that's not fair to anyone.

However if we arrive as a club, we can pre-book we need a minimum of 5 vehicles, if we arrive at the same time and earlyish, we can park together
On the other hand the new system looks unfair to people like yourself who turn up year in year out so if you can get a minimum of 5 club vehicles/drivers prepared to commit to the show we will be more than happy to guarantee your space and do our best to get you parked up together but you would ideally be asked to arrive together-ish as early as possible as you know what a nightmare it would be parking you all up if you arrived separately.

So if we are going together, post your name and reg number in this thread before the middle of June and I will get ourselves registered

Been to this one every year for along time, but do you know if they have any size restrictions?? Only I have seen this Greyhound bus and............
