Many thanks to you and your guys for the support of the Worthing show. As you are probably aware we run the show for the Lions club of Worthing in support of their charity weekend and if any of your guys would like to get involved by giving a couple of hours to us we'd be more than happy to see you. No worries either way we're just grateful you turn up, show your vehicles and help make the show the success it is. With so many shows going into decline we're very happy to report that the number were up for Worthing this year and it's all thanks to people like you. That's why we're committed to try keeping it a free show and raise revenue to put the show on through the traders. We are very aware how much it costs to buy, maintain and run the cars and push wherever UK Street Machines have involvement for the best deal possible if you put your car on a show field and we're very lucky with Worthing so fingers crossed it will stay that way.
I'm not knocking the 'big boys' who have far bigger overheads than us but at the end of the day we are always mindful that we wouldn't have a show without you and all the other clubs/individuals support so thanks again. Any ideas for the show or suggestions to make it better and we're all ears.
Hope you had a fab time. I was sooo gutted to have to miss it but last minute mad panic problems to do with our house sale made it impossible for me to get to Worthing. I have been drooling over the pics though. See you next year at Worthing!!
Yes always a good event , Nice to have feed back , But i for one won't be attending next year am going to attend mopar nationals if it clashes with this again and for the live music it was even commenited on in the bank i was working in today in worthing how bad the live music was hardly any relation to the american car sceane and so high pitched .
But on a postive note steve at the cafe say's thanks to all that attended the cafe and with steve speaking to fellow shop owners have said that worthing done a great job in bringing trade back into the town,

Have to agree that the music was below average ! would have been better if the dj had just played his choice. It was to me and i think others hill billy / cajun .... nothing to do with rockabilly or plain old rock n roll ! however it was a good day out and a good venue.
Music was talked about earlier in the thread. I got a little clip taken on the compact camera.
