help and advice needed, as you know the back window on the TA has been black window filmed tinted very difficult to see out of. I removed it from side door's when i 1 st got the car and set about removing it today from the rear window after the MOT very hard to remove tried knife blade lable removal liquid brake clean these help once you got 1st part off but it's like it's been baked on any idea's how to remove it as the little bit i have done look's so much better will post picture next time i take cover off,

Had a delivery today yes on a bank holiday wow,
Boot lid rubber seal, general gasket's, rear brake parts, general spare's, lamp holder power steering hose but no fridge magnet's from Rockauto

Little bit of an update as not been doing much to the old as i have been on night work but thankfully over now.
new interiour new exhaust tips and started to try and remove old rear window film as difficuit to see out of try heat gun , scrappers finally found that Nitromors helps get the film of getting there slowly just the lower 1/4 to do know,

Looks good, I guess the good thing about working nights is when you get in from work you can work on the vehicle as its daylight and neighbours won't complain about the noise.
I guess you don't have a rear screen heater element on the glass? that could have made it a bit more difficult removing the film.
New exhaust tips look the business.

Should do. Early models actually had a blower motor in the rear parcel shelf but they switched to a grid element in about 75 I think.
Some hot state models might not have it at all but I have never seen that.

Nope not this TA no heated rear screen remember early picture when i was playing with dash panel bottom right hand side there is an indent for a heater switch but my car not fitted with one and possible my car has had a new rear screen as when i am scrapeing the baked on film of with nitro mor's the window sealant dosn't look standard.

Nice, looks far clearer now. I guess you can see the cars you have over taken now, unlike the Ford, you don't need to look out the rear view as everything is in front of you and not behind. :rofl:

Now who would like to see my new upholstered rear seats???? Borrowed my mate's hog ring pliers and lucky he had 3 bag's of hog rings as well back seats all done look really good just have to fit them back in really pleased with how they turned out.

Well my trusted work bench has been very use full again,lol
Removed rear seats and removed old cover's did the lower halfs first then started on the back rest now in the process of front seat but got some repair work to carry out to the seat before i remove old cover and replace.
