No, that is a later project. The garage can be seen in the last photo just behind the trailer. Its just a double width driveway for this project at the moment. A step before getting the garage done.
Fair question. We not touching the garage wall as it is a boundary wall(the left side of the garage), when we do come to do the garage, that wall is staying put.
The wall you can see from the rubble was an internal garden wall separating our driveway from the garden.
EDIT.... Ah.. the wall to the road... good point, many others have gotten rid of their wall have have a fence or hedge up replacing it. I do have the deeds in a safe place, what should i look for on them?
Look in your deeds (if you have them). It should be quite obvious and will classed as a “covenant” and if title consent is needed it will say something like “...... without written consent of .......”
If the wall has to stay, I will put it on a conveyor belt, so it slides to one side when i want to get the car in, like something out of Thunderbirds. lol.
Progress is going well, he is a good worker, doing it on his own.
