Nice, was it easy to change the seal? Was it a surclip holding the seal or is it pressed in?

you have the outer black cover then as you can see water had got in had to drill inner seal to get a purchase on it to remove then clean all the old goo out then replace with fresh goo then pressing new seal then small amount of red rubber greese for the new out rubber seal. Just waiting now on new power steering line.

Yes rockauto a couple of months ago and NO feking magnet barstools they are ,

Got the power steering hose power steering fluid and i also have dry oil deposits and the bolts that hold the sump on so looked in my spares stock and i have a new sump gasket so as rack is out makes it easier to change the i can start putting everything bacck together but not sure if power steering hose is right? shapes look differant and more metal pipe work than rubber hose but that could be an upgrade will look more at weekend still dark out side even with garage lights and torch its still dark under car

Nice work. Good pictures and write up. You can never have enough light in a garage, thought it would be an overkill with 10 led strip lights, but could still do with more light at times. Good luck for the weekend.

Took it to the local garage for a quick chat on the way to the butchers, great to drive it. Lit up the tyres made some noise on the dual cartridge way.
