What have you done to your vehicle today?

Nothing actual, but I have made some plans!
The tyres will get replaced in between Chrimbo and the New year, and the car will get re-taxed on the 1st January.
I also plan to replace the stock stereo with something that has better Bluetooth support and navigation built in. I need the Bluetooth streaming for music as all my music is on my phone. I have found something good here I think but I'll share details once I've committed to it.

Started up the Trans-Am today, drove it to work. Sounded lovely. Gave it a little more beans. Still got to work as it gets to 1/4 temp. Lovely to drive. Looking forward to fixing it, so I can drive it further. May do this work in the christmas break, well to expose the oil pump for the first investigation work.

Took my new led rear lights to bright light customs to be converted to U.K. spec followed by going to the circus

I wish i could lights not back till the new year as he's got to strip out all the red turn leds and replace with amber leds . I'll post fitting pics once back he's also seeing if he can fit amber led in the eye of the cobras that are fitted on the wings for side indicators (as I haven't any fitted just to keep mr mot happy)

Bottle of whisky usually helps to keep them happy.

he did the rears on the ranchero the amber indicators are with the reversing lights they both work. can go from red to amber indicators at a flick of a switch, but i would not use red on the road as that's not legal.

How's the gear box swap going ???

just been for a test drive all seem's well.changing from the fmx to the aod was a great improvement the aode is even better but involves more work and now i can play with the setting's. sorry there are no picture's took some, but can not load them onto my laptop

got the ranchero out the garage mopped up a puddle of transmission fluid then put the ranchero away again. it seems the sump pan is distorted

Fitted and wiring in new washer pump as unit thats piggy backs onto wiper motor waist of space much better now the washer jets on the truck .

Not got it yet, but ordered a dash cam.
The standard of driving is definitely getting worse out there and the number of crash for cash scams is on the increase, so I figured it was time. Primarily I plan to use this in the Challenger, but I might get a 2nd mount for use in the daily or perhaps get a cheaper one for that.
I'll let you know how I like it once it's installed, delivery is tomorrow plus I want to run the power cable back to the fuse box (in the boot) and let it have permanent voltage for car park dings.
I went for the Kaiser Baas R20.

Got my oil pump, and looked it. That's about as far as it goes at the moment.

Got the dash cam yesterday.
If it warms up a little it will get installed later.
The tyre company ordered my tyres and have two in now. Hopefully the other two will turn up and I can have those installed before the new year.
