What have you done to your vehicle today?

Started the fiero. Started with the turn of the key which is good considering it's been months since she was last started. Warmed her up and then put the cover back on.

Was quite impressed, it caught immediately and ran happily right from the turn of the key.
Not bad considering it's been sitting without being fired for about 8 weeks I think.

Need to consider some for the Fiero :)

Drove the TA to work today. Drove nice, and with the window down to help dry it out. I'm at the new office now. Many people came out doors to listen. Got there about 8ish. Took a photo later in the morning after Will turned up in his Pontiac Gran Prix, which you can just see the back end of it about 4 rows away in the same column as me.

What's the dirty silver thing on the roof in the bottom right corner of the picture?
Just took another look, it's still there. Looks like part of a window fitting, an old style one. Perhaps the window fitters just left trash on the roof. Loads of moss there too. You'd think we would see loads of birds feasting on that, perhaps it's too noisy for them.

Parked next to another Pontiac today. Owned by Will who also has a 3rd gen he is restoring.

Very cool , any chance of video of lights in action

IMG_3157.jpgThis is just about all of the sva stuff removed only 4 wires left from the sva test indercator left & right fog light and brake .removed all of the bodged cheese blocks and spade connectors and two trailer lights which I believe are fitted to slow indercator flash rate to near U.K speed this is all that i removed

Wow, all that sticky tape. Do you get the feeling they just wanted to do a quick mod to get it though the SVA.

New lights look awesome. Totally changes the look of the rear end.

Yes crazy wiring I'd like to say that mine was done in a rush maybe but it all to common In the boot of a mustang to be fair even though mine looked ruff and could have been done a lot better it didn't look to bad compaired to some that I've seen posted on the mocuk site. But am very happy now I'm not driving around with all that stuff in the boot the new lights had already been pre wired so apart from the 3 wires each side was just a question of plugging in the plug to the original harness. Will try and post video of it working later
