It's a direct replacement so using all same wiring apart from new feed to clock as there is two type of membanes on back of dash unit, result :thumb:
Lighter unit bit more fun as refitted new unit and blu fuse tried again blu again so tried it with phone charger all ok so cig lighter unit faulty as well as main casing but as i don't smoke won't worry it works for charger ,

I've worked with a few service engineers, and learned if a fuse blows and then blows again, then you need a bigger fuse.

Looking good Daz I fitted a after market item down by the shifter which works okay but would have preferred to replace the one in the dash lol where did you get yours ???

Well done a little bit more, replace leaf spring bushes waiting on leaf spring rubbers to chassie to come from usa ok my fault should of ordered them same time as bushes but didn't, also removed standard sway bar and fuel tank tank will get painted and no bad points under where tank was so thats good will replace the rubber fuel hoses when i put back in .

No the ford will only brake at some point then wot Evers on it is on the floor so not really that good as a bench !!!:horn:

Well managed to get a bit more done, replaced fuel tank and refitted leaf springs with all new polly bushes and and leaf spring center bush also managed to replace both drop links as well now cleaning up calipers and putting in new guide pin bushes,

Might of add 10-15hp with those red springs lol.i know at your age you need all the help you can get!!!!! Should be faster than the ford now

Right guy's and girl's when my TA goes into bodyshop later this year i will need to get a new decal kit
