The shack has vertical posts now. Going well. So most of the frame done, will be adding diagonals in the frame in the morning. Then can remove the supports. I think by early afternoon I'll be adding tongue and groove tot he sides where the walls are.

Coated a bit more yesterday evening, and also added the other slope frame on the roof.

Wow, the sterling boards 2440x1220x18mm are blooming heavy lifting over your head to slide onto the roof supports.

Got the 4 whole ones up there. These will be slid to the middle. And smaller ones added around the edge.

I do have Friday off, so depending on weather I can get a full day on it. Also I'm hoing for dry weather this evening, as its the only evening this week I get in at 5:10pm and can work on it till dark. I may even get all the panels on the window side fitted tonight.

Got the panelling on to the right hand side of the window. Just a few screws. All screwed in, and fished coating this new bit inside and out. Ran out of light. Got 2 hours on the shed this evening.
Wood is cut for the left hand side of the window, and edges coated, just needs pilot holes and screwing in now.

Well nipped home from work for 20mins. Wood was already cut and edges treated. So drilled pilot holes, screwed it on and gave it a coat of the good stuff.

'topping out ceremony' what does that involve? If it involves sheep I will have to contact Darren.

Chris I have your club clothing. Are you going to the mustang club on the first Sunday of November? If so I could pop down there.

Topping out is a celebration party that the roof is finished nice bottle of bubbly or a pint will cover it lol.And just hoping to have the wheels back buy the 5th for the black horse meet and the mustang meet at cams on the Sunday. Must sort out the web site stuff for you as well Dan.bit posh for a sheep shed???
